Brewed in the Cincinnati Tradition.
Proudly Made in Kentucky.
We love our beer and it shows. Our head brewer is a graduate of the prestigious Siebel Institute of Technology (the oldest brewing school in the U.S.) While we brew several modern styles of beer, our head brewer roots all of his recipes in traditional method and brewing practices. This attention to detail ensures a quality product.
Enjoy Together
We strive to bring our guests the best experience possible. We focus on quality in both our product and our service. Whether you are here for a date, meeting up with friends, or enjoying some quality family time, we’ve got you covered.
We have partnered with Bender’s Pub Grub for your food needs. They offer a variety of food options with a Southern take on some of your bar favorites. They even offer a kids menu for your little ones!
Speaking of little ones, we have several games and activities to keep yours entertained while you enjoy a drink. Our games are not just for the young ones though. Head to our backroom to play a retro-arcade machine, pinball, pop-a-shot, skee-ball, and a claw grab game.
We also have a full service bar for those who are into wine or mixed drinks. We offer several cocktails and have a mule menu that uses our house-made ginger beer (non-alcoholic) as their base.
Our draft selection is always rotating but we do keep a fair amount of regular beers on tap, including our All In American Blonde Ale, Ann’s Sweet White Ale (a Belgian-style Wit), and ‘Till the Battle is Won Midwest IPA. Check out what we have on at any time on Untappd or visit our menu page.

Andy Reynolds
CEO & Head Brewer
Andy started out making hard cider in 2007 while he was deployed in Iraq serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. He was introduced to “real beer” when he was able to spend some time in the Bavarian region of Germany as a soldier in 2005. After he got home, a friend of his introduced him to home brewing. Andy was hooked on the process of brewing, which often helped sooth the troubled mind he brought back from Iraq. After reading every book he could get his hands on related to brewing, Andy applied to Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL. There, he received a degree in Advanced Brewing Theory, priming him with the knowhow to get Alexandria Brewing Company up and running. When he gets a minute he writes a blog too.
Meet Our Team
Dale Neu
Front of House Supervisor
Dale is responsible for supervising the customer facing portion of our business (a.k.a. “our taproom”). On top of making sure our bar is properly supplied with bourbon, rye, wine, and anything else we don’t make here, Dale is an insanely good bartender, credit with developing most of our signature cocktails. When not at ABC (and sometimes while at ABC), Dale may be drumming with his band, Dreaded Mids.
Ann Reynolds
Event Coordinator / Sustainability Officer
Ann is an Alexandria native. She handles booking our events and reports to the Brewer’s Association with our CO2 usage, water usage, and electric usage. She works with the Brewer’s Association to improve our overall sustainability. On top of that, she is married to Andy Reynolds and is the mother of two kids that have become fixtures around A.B.C., Cecilia and Johnathan. She is a graduate of NKU with a degree in Social Work.
Joseph M. Reynolds, PhD
Microbiologist / Quality Assurance
Joe Reynolds is Andy's younger brother. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2007 with a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology. He furthered his career in Houston, TX doing a post doctorate at M.D. Anderson. He now is at Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine.
We are fortunate enough to have him help us out a couple of weekends a months with our yeast propagation, testing for possible spoilers, and quality assurance.
